I hereby declare that:
1. The learners registered to attend CareerEx 2026 – Unlocking Your Future have been granted permission by the school to participate in the event.
2. The school accepts full responsibility for the supervision, discipline, and conduct of all its attending learners for the entire duration of the event.
3. The school confirms that teachers will accompany and supervise learners at all times, including during lunch breaks, activations, and movement between zones.
4. The school acknowledges that meals and refreshments will be served to learners as part of the event, and that any food allergies or dietary requirements have been disclosed in advance to the organisers.
5. The school accepts that Gentry Business Enterprise, Polokwane International Airport, GL Events, sponsors, and partners will not be held liable for:
- Any injury, illness, allergic reaction, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with the event.
- Any incidents arising from negligence, misconduct, or failure of supervision by the school’s representatives.
6. The school undertakes to ensure that all learners adhere to the event’s Code of Conduct and follow the instructions of staff, security, and organisers at all times.
7. The school indemnifies Gentry Business Enterprise and all event partners against any claims, damages, or costs resulting from its participation.
